Two floorplate thicknesses to choose from: 3/8″ inch thick or 1/8″ inch thick low profile.

• When using on Inward swing doors ( the 3/8″ thick floorplate Requires at least 1/2″ clearance between the bottom of door and the floor.) ( the 1/8″ thick floor plate
• Requires at least a 1/4″ clearance between bottom of door and the floor.)
• The 1/8” thick Low Profile floor plate option does require 1 extra step during installation. A shallow recessed hole in the floor, below the floor plate center hole, only
• 3/8” to a 1/2” inch deep to receive the locking handle.
• Both floor plate options are the same price and have the same strength rating.
