Standard door locks are only as good as the frames to which they’re attached. Most of these are deadbolts and chains attached to flimsy door frames, making it easy for intruders to kick in the door regardless of the quality of the lock. The NIGHTLOCK® brace installs easily and works by simply sliding the locking mechanism into place. In the locked position, it uses the strength of the floor to stand strong when locks and deadbolts fail. When unlocked, the door swings freely above the plate.
