Return Policy - Nightlock

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items within 30 working days of receipt of your goods.

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Nightlock.
• Please remember to ensure, for full credit [minus freight cost] that the items you are returning are repackaged with all parts wrapped to protect from damage.
• Items damaged during return shipping are non-refundable.
• Used or installed items are non-returnable.
• Customer must pay return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
• Please include a copy of your paid invoice. You must obtain an Return Authorization Form before sending back. Fill out form below.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
